I’m Rory, a nervous system therapist, sexuality educator, non-monogamy coach and psychedelic integration coach.  My approach is deeply informed by my lived experience in a queer, chronically ill, and neurodivergent body, and I specialize in helping adults heal trauma, regulate the nervous system, and integrate mind, body, and identity.

In my work, I integrate relational psychotherapy, non-dualism, transpersonal psychology, feminist psychotherapy, parts work and somatic practices to support your healing. I am trained in EMDR therapy, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a Certified Psychedelic Therapist, offering tools that address both individual and collective healing.

I approach therapy through a politicized lens, recognizing that oppressive conditioning lives in our bodies and must be unlearned from the inside out. I join clients in embodied unlearning so we can cultivate more liberated futures — creating space for both personal and collective healing

Outside of my work my passions include soaking in hot springs, belting out car karaoke like no one’s listening, expanding my woodworking skills, wandering in the desert and trying my best to keep all my houseplants alive.
