About Radical

Path Counseling

Welcome to Radical Path Counseling! I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults in Tucson and across Arizona, in person and online. Using EMDR, somatic therapy, and ketamine-assisted therapy, I help people heal from trauma and move toward a life of greater connection and vitality. I especially welcome LGBTQIA+ adults, people with ADHD and autism, older adults, and people navigating PTSD, complex trauma, burnout, grief and loss, and issues related to sexuality and gender. My practice is a sex-positive and affirming space for adults who want therapy that integrates mind, body and identity.

In-person sessions are available in Tucson, and telehealth extends care across Arizona.

About Rory Bergstrom LCSW

I’m Rory, a nervous system therapist, sexuality educator, and board certified clinical supervisor. In my practice I offer tools that address both individual and collective healing, including mindfulness, meditation, transpersonal psychology, feminist psychotherapy, parts work and somatic practices. I am trained in EMDR, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a Certified Psychedelic Therapist.

My style is warm, engaging and collaborative. I believe that humor, playfulness and joy are vital to our work together-especially when we are navigating difficult waters in therapy. In our first session I won't just ask you about the challenges that brought you to therapy, but also what lights you up, what brings you strength and resilience. I'll also send you home with a skill you can start practicing right away-so that you can feel forward momentum from our very first meeting.

If you’ve been struggling, I want you to know it’s not a personal failure. Much of our pain is shaped by collective trauma and the systems we live in. Naming those wounds can be a powerful part of the healing process. At the same time, connection, joy and play are powerful medicines for our liberation- they make it possible for us to envision and create the futures we want for ourselves and our communities. I join my clients in a space of embodied learning so we can build more liberated futures.
