Welcome to Radical Path Counseling

You don’t have to stay stuck in your head, disconnected from your body, or caught in patterns that keep you from fully being present.

I provide integrative, trauma-informed therapy for adults in Tucson and throughout Arizona, both in person and online. I work with people who feel stuck in their heads, disconnected from their bodies, or unable to fully inhabit the present moment. Together, we’ll explore ways to reconnect with your body and deepen your sense of aliveness.

I especially welcome LGBTQIA+ adults, people with ADHD and autism, and people navigating:

  • PTSD and complex trauma

  • Burnout and chronic stress

  • Grief and loss

  • Perimenopause or menopause

  • Sexuality and gender identity

  • Chronic dissociation and disconnection from self

My practice is an affirming space for adults who want therapy that integrates mind, body, identity, and lived experience.

About Rory Bergstrom LCSW

I’m Rory, a nervous system therapist and sexuality educator. In my practice I offer modalities that address both individual and collective healing, including mindfulness, meditation, transpersonal psychology, feminist psychotherapy, parts work and somatic practices. I am trained in EMDR and I am a Certified Psychedelic Therapist.

My style is warm, engaging and collaborative. I believe that humor, playfulness and joy are essential to our work together-especially when we are navigating difficult waters in therapy. In our first session I won't just ask you about the challenges that brought you to therapy, I’ll ask about what lights you up. I'll also send you home with a skill you can start practicing right away-so that you can feel forward momentum from our very first meeting.

If you’ve been struggling, I want you to know it’s not a personal failure. Much of our pain is shaped by collective trauma and the systems we live in. Naming those wounds can be a powerful part of the healing process. At the same time, connection, joy and play are vital medicines for our liberation- they make it possible for us to envision and create the futures we want for ourselves and our communities. I join my clients in a space of embodied learning so we can build more liberated futures.
